Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping within Greece is carried out by ACS Courier, free of charge for all orders over 100€. The shipping cost for orders less than 100€, is a flat rate of 10€. Estimated delivery time is one (1) to two (2) working days after dispatch date (2 days for islands and not-easy-accessible areas). Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. We can deliver at ACS Courier stores. At this case, customer has to leave us a note when placing the order.

CYPRUS

Standard Shipping within Cyprus is carried out by ACS Courier, free of charge for all orders over 100€The standard shipping cost for orders less than 100€, is a flat rate of 15€. Estimated delivery time is four (4) to ten (10) working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. 

Express Shipping within Cyprus is carried out by ACS Courier and costs 25€ for orders less than 100€ and 15€ for orders over 100€. Estimated delivery time is one (1) to three (3) working days after dispatch date.

International Express Shipping is carried out by DHL Courier. Estimated delivery time is one (1) to seven (7) working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. Shipping cost is 75€. 

Standard Shipping is carried out by ELTA ( Greek Mail Services ). Estimated delivery time is seven (7) to fifteen (15) working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. Shipping cost is 11€. 

Customers from the EU can enable FREE Standard Shipping if their order is above 200€. 

The cost of delivery is calculated at the time of the order and is clearly stated on your billing information summary.

Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities. We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections. Nevertheless, we do whatever is necessary for not being extra charged.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. Shipping cost is 90€. 

Standard Shipping is carried out by ELTA ( Greek Mail Services ). Estimated delivery time is ten (10) to twenty five (25) working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. Shipping cost is 20€.

Due to new regulations implemented by the United States government, shipments to customers residing in the United States can only be delivered via DHL Express Courier.

The estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that, specifically for shipments to the United States, the shipping cost is €75.

By placing an order with a delivery address in the United States, customers acknowledge and accept this shipping method and cost.
